Tiny Hawk copulation

Copulation by a Tiny Hawk (Accipiter superciliosus) pair was observed in central Costa Rica, at El Copal Biological Reserve, on 9 April 2011. The pair perched on open branch above forest canopy; the same perch had been regularly used by one of the pair over the previous two mornings.
