Distribution

Introduction

The White-throated Antpitta is resident along the east slope of the Andes of southern Peru, north at least to the Cosnipata valley (30, 31) in Cuzco and in Puno, in the Andes of Bolivia from La Paz south to Chuquisaca and Tarija (19, 32, 33, 34, 35), and in northwestern Argentina in Jujuy and Salta (21, 4).

The following localities were selected, vetted, and georeferenced by Greeney (4) with the goal of most accurately depicting the confirmed range of White-throated Antpitta.
